Starting IVF November 2025 - Looking for Buddies

Hey everyone. I'm quite regular on this board, but about to make the big switch from trying naturally to assisted conception. I'm due to start down regulation on 16th November for IVF first cycle, long protocol.

Still TTC #1 for 2 years now, 2 ectopic, 1 chemical and hoping for my rainbow baby from IVF.

I would love to have some people to chat to who are also starting an IVF cycle in November.

Hi @MocktailMe I have just finished my ivf round (September) and I joined an ivf group on the infertility board, there were lots of lovely ladies to share with on there. You might have more replies on that board as wouldn’t want you to go through your cycle with no one to chat to xx

Found out 3 days ago that our NHS funding has been approved. Have a scan booked on 12th and on 13th November we are meeting with our consultant. I’m guessing we’ll be starting after Christmas

Depeneding on long or short protocol and your cycle you might start drugs before Christmas. If you are at the end/start of your cycle around the 12th November and on long protocol you'll probably start the drugs first week of December :) let me know how you get on good luck!
