How long after MC did you get your next period

Had an MC , started bleeding 28thSep and complete 7thOct. I went for a scan at 7 weeks and they seen fetal pole but no heartbeat. I'm unsure exactly how far I got as they didn't say but quite early anyway.

Just started bleeding today again. I'm just wondering is this possible it's a new period ? Or could it still be from the mc, maybe it didnt complete?I was told to expect a period around 6 weeks time but no clarity as to whether they meant 6 weeks from the start of bleed or 6 weeks from miscarriage being complete. I have extremely irregular cycles (pcos) so I'm quite shocked to have a period so quickly.
Does this sound about right and this may possibly be my cycles starting again ?

Hi, OP. Sorry for your loss. I got my period after MMC at exactly 40 days, so I think it’s okay!

I've had 3 mc and 1 TFM... all my periods came back within 28-35 days of the initial bleed.

I've had 4 losses (1 missed miscarriage at 12 weeks and 3 chemical pregnancies). Honestly, it's varied each time. Some I got my period back within 3 weeks, others it took 6-8 weeks. Sorry for your loss x

Sorry for your loss! I had about 3.5 weeks or so from my miscarriage to new period - also had a MMC in the end of September sadly.
