Progesterone causing me to feel pregnant?

Multiple miscarriages ttc no. 3 in the last year or so from chemicals to twins at 9 weeks and everything in between.
Was taking progesterone orally from first bfp but this month started pessaries from 3dpo.

I always know a definite pregnant feeling in my abdomen when I am. I have other months where I'm not sure but this feeling I have had for two days, since 5/6 dpo made me feel sure yesterday that I'd see a teeny glimmer of a shadow, as I always do soon after implantation cramps start, on the cheapies. Nothing you could call a line, but it backs up what I 'know' on the pregnant months.

7/8 dpo today. Nothing, no shadow. So I'm thinking perhaps it the progesterone doing it? Anyone else had similar?

P.s.
I know I should just be patient and I'll know in a few days anyway but I'm 42, and if I don't have a successful pregnancy in the next few months, it's my personal cut off for my age.
that among other things is making it feel very urgent.

The short answer is yes, it's possible.

As when when you're pregnant your progesterone levels remain high.

Well. Incase anyone sees this in the future with similar feelings, no hint of a line today so I'm certain the cramps and tender abdomen feeling which normally means I'm definitely pregnant, were just am effect from the progesterone pessaries.
I read of side effects such as bloating, abdominal pain etc so there we go.
