Hi, I’m currently TTC after an ectopic treated by MTX back in Jan and I’d love to meet people who are also TTC. I’m currently CD 11 and I’m already dreading the 2 week wait 🙈 also v nervous it’s going to be another ectopic but keeping all fingers and toes crossed. Sending baby dust to everyone ✨

Thank you, same for you! This is my second cycle and trying not to get too hung up on it yet as I know it could take a while!

Me too, I don't want to get too excited too early.

Moosey898 · 29/09/2025 09:35

Hey! I'm currently ovulating for the first time post losing our little girl at 22 weeks pregnant due to an infection. We're not trying this time to give my body proper time to recover, so will be trying from next month. We've had a rough road so far TTC our first (4 missed miscarriages before losing our girl) so would love some people to talk to so I don't go insane.

Same! I don’t want to be someone who starts testing really early so I’m going to try and hold off until at least 12DPO, so a couple of days before I’m due on. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Hey! Thanks for joining ☺️ I’m sorry to hear about your previous ectopic, it’s such a worry isn’t it I’m constantly worried it’s going to happen again but I really don’t want it to affect TTC. Was your ectopic treated by MTX or did you have to have surgery? Sending baby dust ✨ x

OP posts:
Lillybobs86 · 30/09/2025 00:17

I had surgery to remove the Ectopic in my right tube and that managed to save my tube.
That was right hand side tube and my baby after that came from my other side on the left :) As they told me at my scan which side I ovulated from :)
I'm not sure if the surgery caused
Any blockages or anything with scar tissue im really hoping not as praying for a successful healthy pregnancy when I do fall pregnant 🙏🏽
What about with your treatment did they say there was a risk of blockages etc with your next pregnancy?
It's such a worry isn't it 😢
Thank you so much you too ✨

Lillybobs86 · 30/09/2025 00:18

@Moosey898 So sorry to hear this 😢

LavenderHaze04 · 30/09/2025 00:38

Hey! Can I join? Ruptured ectopic earlier this year so had surgery, finally ready to start TTC again 💕

summertime94 · 30/09/2025 02:55

Hello, I'll join you :) I'm 1dpo today and on cycle 4 trying for my first baby. I had a previous chemical pregnancy so I'm really trying not to test too early and will hopefully be able to wait until my period is missed!

Loz93 · 30/09/2025 11:41

@Lillybobs86 I’m so glad you were able to have a healthy pregnancy after the surgery! The worry is we don’t know what caused the ectopic so if there are blockages we won’t know unless we fall pregnant again and ovulate from that tube. I do get ovulation pains sometimes and I’m so scared it means there’s a problem but I know people do experience them with healthy tubes also. I was very lucky with my ectopic because my levels went to 5000! They thought I was going to need emergency surgery but by a miracle the treatment worked. Ovulation day today so at least we can do the 2 week wait together x

@summertime94 Hey, thanks for joining ☺️ I’m sorry about your chemical, it’s so hard not to test early I’m hoping for the same but when there are pregnancy tests in the house it’s so hard not to! Hopefully with this support we can keep each other going ✨ x

Today was my Ovulation day too!!!

Lillybobs86 · 30/09/2025 22:15

@Loz93 Sorry posted before finished writing 🙈
5000 Oh my goodness that very high, Glad the treatment worked first time as well 🙏🏽
I wasn't given the option for that I was taken straight away for the surgery which at the time I didn't want as I was very scared.
I am glad they did do the surgery in the end though as they did say they cut a lot of scar tissue which may have cause a blockage but we will never know really why it happens 🤔😬
Hopefully you don't have any blockages and this time it will be successful 🙏🏽

LavenderHaze04 · 02/10/2025 13:56

Hello, how is everyone doing ☺️

Loz93 · 02/10/2025 14:24

@Lillybobs86 sorry for the late reply on this, I can imagine emergency surgery was so scary but well done for getting through it and hoping for nothing but positivity moving forward ☺️✨ how are you feeling? X

@Loz93thanks! The TWW is going slowly! Hopefully better luck this cycle though, and the weekend will fly by anyway

Loz93 · 02/10/2025 14:32

@summertime94 I have only just started my TWW! The trick is to keep busy, my job helps so I’m busy constantly throughout the week, but I’m trying to book things up at the weekends to not think about it too much lol
