Is this a very early positive? Does anyone else see it?

Took this test this morning. Does anyone else see a very faint 2nd line? Also are these tests reliable? Xx

Yes it’s there! These tests are reliable but fainter than other tests.they detect pretty low levels, but you’ll possibly have a stronger positive on a different type.

So glad it’s not just my eyes playing tricks! Now I’m worried incase it’s an indent, I can’t imagine it would be as it was there within the time frame and it seems to have colour to it but I’m scared to believe it. Which test would you recommend for me to get? Xx

I have used possibly about 100 of these tests hah! They’ve always been positive when actually detecting hcg, and even at pretty low levels (I’m versed in ivf and use them to test an hcg injection as it leaves my body, and helped me test an ectopic as it diminished). The line gets very very pale and grey, but after the hcg is gone they no longer have a line.

I know how you feel about the not being able to believe! I like a boots test, early result. They do sometimes possibly give indents (though I might have had a chemical) but I believe they’re a lot stronger at early detection.

Do you know what dpo you are?

Here’s a daily regression as hcg left my system from a “trigger shot” (ivf). You can see how pale it gets yet still showing something. Though I could imagine worrying they were indents if the situation was different.
