Be honest with me - what are the chances of conceiving on day 18 of a 28 day cycle???

Do you know when you ovulate? I actually DO ovulate on Day 18 of a 28 day cycle. means my luteal phase is only 10 days, which is borderline defective, but I did manage to get pregnant. Are you wanting to have gotten pregnant or not?

Not high, but LBoT is right, it depends when you ovulate. Chances are you ov'd a couple of days before day 18, which should mean you're not going to get pg, but if you did ov on day 17 or 18 the chances are about 20-30% I think. Are you OK?

no I don't want to get pg - I took the MAP this morning

I've only ever taken the MAP once before that was 19 months ago..........DC3 is 1yr old

Hi, I ovulate on day 18 of a 27 to 28 day cycle. Last time I got pregnant - miscarriage unfortunately in the end - so it definitely can happen. Took me 7 months though.

ahh now you see Milly I've got 3 DC - but never really had to "try" for any of them. 1st was "tried" for - but fell 1st month, DC2 was a (lovely) "oops" moment, and DC3 another "oops" moment with MAP within 12hrs....

Don't know what day of the cycle I was on with any of them though (never really got a chance to start thinking about ovulation etc as it happened so quickly)

Probably quite slim, but there is a chance, DD concieved on day 18.

Probably wouldn't feel quite so concerned had DC3 (the result of the only other time I've taken the MAP) not been sitting throwing food all over the floor laughing as he does it.....
