Faint line yesterday, nothing today on FRER

Yesterday I had a very faint but clear positive at 9dpo on a FRER (top test). Today the same brand is negative. What could be going on? The line came up within the time and has colour to it. Could it be a horrible false positive? I’ve been TTC for a year and this is the first hint of a positive I’ve had so I’m clinging onto hope that all is not lost.

Can you post the photos of the tests to get an idea of the lines? Could it have been an evap line yesterday?

Sorry I have posted but the image is under review! Hopefully it will show soon. It came up within 3 mins so I assumed not an evap but who knows

I see the photo now. I'm sorry I don't see a positive on either test but I admit I'm not great at seeing faint lines, have you had anyone else look at the test in person as it may be clearer? It is still early though so I would test again in a couple of days. I have my fingers crossed for you OP

Editing to add, don't lose hope. I tried for 18 months before conceiving my DD and I know how excruciating it can be each month. Fingers crossed you get a good clear line in the next couple of days x
