After a late miscarriage and a myomectomy I’m starting again in my supplements journey. Last time I took Wild Nutrition - Fertility Support, fortified Omega 3 and also Magnesium and Ashwaghana at night for calming properties (although since read Ashwaghnda isn’t a good idea?)
I notice Zita west in the Ultimate Egg pack includes better dosage of myoinosotol and wonder if that would be better. My acupuncturist recommends Wild Nitrition as its natural ingredients that the body. An absorb better but… Zita West has been around a long time.
Any suggestions?
