Am I going crazy? Negative fmu but then positive?

Help me! Im 12dpo... and I must have taken 15 tests because my boobs are killing me which is very unusual. All negative until this morning. My FMU was negative but I thought maybe a tiny shadow... but it dried negative. So I tested again with smu, and there was a line. I thought that was weird so managed another dribble and also positive!? Then I freaked out and thought it might be a faulty batch so I did a control test with water... negative!

It’s completely possible! There is always going to be a point where you are negative then suddenly positive as your hcg levels grow. I don’t want to get your hopes up, I feel like they could well be positives but I’ve had evaps on these tests too.

As a serial tester who doesn’t take her own advice, for your own sanity it is probably best to wait 24 hours before testing again. Put the tests away and try tomorrow or Thursday morning. I feel like if you keep testing in one day you won’t see a huge change in the line. If you leave it 48 hours you’ll know - becuase the line will be either a lot darker or unfortunately the same.

Also serial tester here. I know I won't be able to put them away... would you say possibly positive? Considering I've done a control with water and my 11dpos (and today's first test) were all negative?

They look like evaps to me, but it’s hard to tell on MN photos x

Couldn't help it. Tested again with a cheapie and another test. Both negative. Definitely evaps 😢
