Did ovulation take place at/after the temperature rise?

I hope that I ovulated at least early on CD 21. During the last days I have read a lot of studies, with some mentioning the nadir as the ovulation date and others the first day of the temperature rise. Moreover, FAM predicts ovulation as CD22. Thank you for your help.

I would say you ovulated in day 20 or 24. The rise is the day after you ovulate normally as your temp is wont rise until the egg has been released!

I found this study, it shows that ovulation can also happen during the first temperature spike. But thank you for you comment ❤️

Ovulation tome can vary massively from 6/12 hours all the way up to 48hours! So you will never know 100%

Thank you, I really hope the timing was right. We are not actively trying but if it happens we are happy. Now I am obsessing about it happening.
