Implantation and severe cramping normal w pcos?

I have pcos and endo and am 13 dpo after IUI procedure but can’t test until 17 dpo due to hcg shots (the hcg injections need to clear before I get accurate real hcg result)

anyway I had this slightest tinge of pink as I wiped but it came with pretty intense cramping not crazy pain but more than a period cramp but no where on google says that it’s normal and I’m abit worried

has anyone at all had intense cramping during implantation? Doesn’t have to be pcos or endo just curious if that makes a difference

Yes I had awful sharp cramping but it only lasted about 10 mintues then I got a positive test 3 days later, no spotting though

I have been cramping from last night through to today and it’s midday.. I’m worried it’s something else.. no other blood came today but bad cramps

Id keep an eye on the pinkish discharge. Could be implantation or could be the start of a period. Early pregnancy can also produce spotting. Only way to know for sure is keeping an eye on your discharge and test when its time to test. I wish you all the luck.
