Morning After Pill- Could i still be pregnant?!

Hii, me and the hubby had unprotected sex on the 6th of June. I took the morning after pill roughly 12hrs later. Im now 5days late on my period and so scared ive fallen pregnant 😭.
Im experiencing horrific hot flushes and sweatiness. I have a 14month old little boy via csection and so not ready for baby no2 yet. Should I do a test? Is it usual to have these symptoms 3 weeks after taking the pill? Pleassee helpp!

Yes you could still be pregnant. The morning after pill just stops ovulation. If you already ovulated then there is a chance that conception happened. But also its possible that it has messed up your usual cycle and thats why your period is late. I would take a test just to be sure.

The MAP had about an 95% chance of working in the time you took it in. But you could still be one of the 5% who end up pregnant. Nobody can tell you, you’ll need to do a pregnancy test.

I hadnt ovulated yet, was just 2 days after my period had finished. Il do a pregnancy test in the morning.

You could still be pregnant. I would do a couple of tests first thing.

I had a baby now aged 3 after taking the MAP, bit it’s unlikely conception occurred 2 days after a period anyway.

Ok so ive done a test and its deffo negative.. can the pill delay my period?
