FSH levels - high for age, impact getting pregnant?

Since TTC have had erratic and painful periods (gone from 27 days to 23/24 days). Have been to GP to check my health generally and all is fine and was sent for day 3 bloods. In the end I had a chemical pregnancy last month, so the bloods were done on day 3 of the new cycle after the chemical (unsure if this could make a difference at all).

Have just got the test results back and whilst the GP has said there's nothing of note, my FSH seems pretty high: 13.6. I am 33yr old, slim, relatively active. We are very fortunate that we already have two children who were conceived naturally.

Am I right to think I'm heading towards peri menopause and it might be difficult for me to get pregnant now?

Other results were:
TSH: 1.5 miu/L
Prolactin: 149 mu/L
Progesterone: <1 nmol
Testosterone: 1.1 nmol
Serum LH: 5.4 iu/L
FSH: 13.6
