I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks in March, was told to wait until first period to try again (wish I hadn't, think I felt ov pains that month) and the last two months I haven't had ov, have been charting temp - no change and using opk - no positives and have had no cm to note. I know it's early days but I feel irrationally desperate, I'm 38 and my sister is infertile. In a panic and getting obsessed, which I know is counterproductive. Am on CD15 of 27/28 day cycle. I've had a bad cold this month caught from DS1, could this prevent ov? Anyone able to help/enlighten? Thanks.
