Don’t feel right after chemical pregnancy

So I had a chemical about 10 days ago. I had a BFN at 7am on the 28th May, and 17 hours later got a BFP 1-2 weeks in a digital. Also BFP on a Clearblue and a cheap pink dye.

Within a day I started having spotting, and a fainter line on a Clearblue regular test. The following day I got a negative on a digital, and negative ever since. I only used two sanitary towels and 1 tampon for the bleeding. I had hardly any, and no cramps during.

And since then I don’t feel right. I gained 2kg suddenly which I’m having a hard time getting rid of. I’m bloated nearly all the time, I’m getting strong digestive discomfort and cramps. Some strong period type cramps and extreme nausea at times. And I just don’t feel like me.

Is this normal and I just ride it out? I was hoping to try again this month so took the first day of bleeding as CD1. But I’m not sure if it’s normal to feel this “off” and unwell afterwards.

Sorry this is happening, suggest seeking a scan at an early pregnancy unit to see if the miscarriage is ‘complete’

No, that doesn't sound normal to me. With my chemical it was like a normal period and then I felt totally fine. Best of luck.

Sorry @EmPeEf agree that doesn’t sound right, after mine I just had a period then back to normal. Worth speaking to your GP? You could try EPU but I thought they generally only saw people with a positive test still, but I’m not certain.

Oh gosh, I swear my GP surgery is going to be sick of me lately. I always lose my confidence to message them during the day. I need to gather up my courage that I’m not just wasting their time.
