Me (30) and DH (36) have been ttc for over a year and recently had our first fertility appointment at the hospital. All my bloods and his analysis were normal and optimal. I got a scan at the appointment where she told me I had an endometrioma (2/3cm) on one ovary. Other ovary good with follicles and ovulating from that. Getting an HSG in a couple of month but told that we will be added to the IVF waiting list. I feel so shocked overwhelmed with it all. My periods are extremely painful however totally regular and didn’t have other endo symptoms.
wondering if anyone had anything similar and either managed to conceive naturally - or after HSG - or did with IVF?
