Is there line progression ? Am I pregnant?

Hi!
The first test is 5ish days ago. The second is today at 6PM.

Both results showed up within the 5 mins.

What do you think? Am I going crazy? 😩btw I was taking letrozole 5mg, I’m also on metformin and inositol. I also took Utrogestan for 10 days.

Do one in the morning that's when it will be at its strongest

Sorry...ye i agree I would say positive... cant advise on the meds but I would get some advice
