Can you get pregnant on day 18!

I have a 28-30 day cycle dont no when I OV though.

yes mine is upstairs and is nearly 4

(DP was away we had one encounter that month so I know exactly when she was conceived)

If you can get pregnant on Day 10, as I did, I'm sure you can do it on Day 18!

I would love another baby.but was not trying this month.I really really though that day would have been a safe day.How silly was I.but would be very happy if I was pregnant

You don't always ovulate 14 days before your period, do you ?

I got pregnant on day 25 of my 28 day cycle...and with twins!

I thought i'd be safe then and took a chance (the only chance!)..and they are 3 now.

DS3 was conceived, unexpectedly, on day 24 of a 28 day cycle so IMO day 18 is entirely feasible!

not til 2 weeks after i was due on i started getting very very faint positives...had done 2 tests before that and were both negative.

When i went for my first scan they put my dates back by 2 weeks too.

However it was slightly complicated as twin 2 was measuring 2 weeks smaller than twin 1 at that scan so they think she was concieved 2 weeks after twin 1!!!

I would say it is possible to get pregnant any time of your cycle....but more common is around day 14.

DEFINITELY. I got pg on day 20-21 with ds1 (delayed ovulation prob cos stressing about conceiving!), day 17 or 18 with ds2. My cycle is 29-31 days. xx best of luck!!

You can get PG on any day of your cycle.

Hey, is there a list of abbreviations somewhere please? I'm new lurking around here trying to absorb all your wisdom around the TCC (#1) madness... thanks.

A basic TTC run-down though is:
BD = sex (baby-dancing !!)
AF = Period (Auntie Flo)
2WW = two week wait
OV = ovulation
LP = luteal phase (time between Ov and AF!!!)
pg = pregnant
BFP = Big Fat Positive (when taking a test)
BFN = Big Fat Negative (what we don't want!)
DD/DS/DC/DH/DP = Darling Daughter/ Son/ Children/ Husband/ Partner
