Drs appointment to discuss TTC - advice?

I have a drs appointment in June to discuss me trying to conceive - Just to discuss the medication I'm on and if i need to be cautious with any of it, as well as to make sure it's on record so if in a years time I need medical intervention, I'm offered it and don't have to try for another year to receive it.
I'm just wondering if anyone has had this conversation with their GP before and if there were any questions I should be loaded up with? I'm completely new to TTC so want to go in there with questions but I also don't really have any specific ones other than dos and donts!
Any advice is appreciated thank you!
I have PCOS which is the main reason I believe i might need additional support just for additional info x

If you have PCOS it might be worthwhile looking at dietary changes that can help reduce the symptoms and aid fertility. There is some interesting research that suggests secondary infertility can be caused or made worse by general inflammation and insulin resistance, which in turn can be caused by diet.
