Did I have an LH surge yet?

Hi!
I’m ttc and I’m on 5mg of letrozole. I have PCOS. I can’t tell if I have ovulated yet. What do you think? I’m day 18 of my cycle now.

i have a feeling I ovulated day 17/18 as I had quite sharp sudden cramps as well as

No, these are all negative. What date did you start testing your LH? How long are your cycles?

Just a bit of advice, take pictures of the tests in the same place / room / lighting for the best comparison/results.

So I took the last letrozole on Sunday 11th. I was on 5mg day 3-7 and it’s my first letrozole cycle. I’m also on metformin and inositol.

I started the LH tests on Thursday 15th ( which would be CD11). Today it’s CD15.

However I’ve been having a lot of cramping as well as the watery discharge so not sure what’s happening.

I wonder if I might ovulate a bit later.

Ah okay! So it may just take some time for you to figure out your body's pattern.

I have a very short cycle (26 days) and I would have already ovulated by CD 12. Keep testing and hopefully you will find your peak soon.

Whilst your tests are still very faint, I wouldn't bother testing too often. Once it gets darker, I would then test twice a day.
