Hello, this is my second cycle of trying letrozole to support ovulation, and low progesterone .
My first cycle they confirmed ovulation at my monitoring scan. But sadly no success. I’ve attached a screen shot of my ovulation tests that show my surge. As you can see my LH baseline is always very low until the surge.
I’ve now just tested my LH at CD5 and it is already reading 0.75, which seems incredibly high for so early on - I’ve only just stopped bleeding! Attached screen shot of this too.
my question is - is it normal for baseline LH to be much higher on letrozole? Hoping it’s a sign that it’s doing its job. Or do you think I should contact my clinic?
Weve planned not do a monitoring scan this cycle as they confirmed ovulation last time.
