12DPO, BFN - need positive stories PLEASE!

I really thought I was pregnant this month - but 12 DPO and still getting nothing but BFN, even on FR Early Result. With my daughter (now 2.5 years) I got a BFP 10DPO so I feel like this isn't happening this month. But have been cramping for 3 days which I don't usually get before my period? Any stories out there to give me hope? Have also been feeling super tired and a bit sick. Period due in 5 days...

Your period isn't due for another 5 days so what are you stressing or panicking for?

Implantation could have taken place late so if you did conceive, it'll be another few days where you will have enough HCG in your system to pick up on tests. Implantation takes place 6-10 days after ovulation.

Chill out - wait 'til when your period is due/nearer to your period and then test again.

Just wanted to say hi and that im also 12DPO today and got a BFN with FMU.

Like you, I'd had my positive by now when I found out i was pregnant with my 1st.

Trying not to symptom spot but it's hard! Due AF anytime so waiting and seeing and trying to resist the urge to test again.
If you're not due for a few days then hopefully you'll get the BFP! 🤞

Silly question, but are you sure you are not due for another 5 days if you're already 12dpo? Is your LP usually 17 days long??

Sadly, unless you've implanted really late, as you say, for most people results at 12dpo are accurate. Especially with FRERs, as they capture HCG of 6.5miu.

So, Flo app said I ovulated on 24/04 - DTD 23/04. But WCM on 25/26 - and apparently period due on 10/04... this is all just going by the Flo app. Anyone have any better app suggestions?

A positive tale for you - I didn't have a BFP until 13DPO when pregnant with my DD! And even then it started as a veryyyy faint line. Good luck! x

Fertility Friend is what I've used for years and is in my experience the most responsive to data you input. It estimates when your next period is due either by going by the average of your past cycles, and/or according to when you get a positive OPK and what your BBT is doing. But if apps don't have any data they just assume the standard 28 day cycle/ovulation on CD14.
