DTD 3 days before positive OPK, is there a chance?

I thought I'd maybe ovulated early this month due to OPK showing faint line one day and nothing the next, I thought I'd missed seeing the positive but had DTD around that point every other day. However today I noticed a LOT of EWCM (more than usual) so just took a test out of interest and positive OPK straight away (a more realistic time frame as only day 15 now). Problem is DH is getting SA tomorrow so he's had to abstain from Friday.

Just wondering in anyone else's experience has DTD 3 days before Ov ever worked?
Not holding out too much hope as doing it around the correct time each month hasn't worked, but always looking for something to cling to each month.

According to the internet theres a 20-30% change of conceiving 3 days before ovulation - which increases and goes up to around 40% the day before ovulation - day of ovulation is 20%, so dont count yourself out ☺️ x

Don’t count yourself out yet. I had it the other way around and thought we had missed our chance by the time we DTD but I actually got pregnant. Good luck!
