Ttc tww may 2025 after chemical

Hi ladies 👋
currently in the dreaded tww either 1-2 dpo. First time measuring bbt and doing ovulation strips will attach my chart. What are thoughts? Did i bd enough? Also had a chemical pregnancy in march..a bit scared now to be honest because this is my first time experiencing something like this. Yesterday evening and this morning i’ve been getting random crampy twinges on my right and left side normally i can tell what side i ovulated on but i’m confused this month anybody ever experience this? Hi all. 7DPO today. Had period like cramping and headaches yesterday, but I normally get that a few days before my period. Argh this waiting game is killing me 😆 not planning to test until Monday at the earliest.

definitely keep it up for a bit as it’s so valuable and when you have more cycles to look at, it makes more sense based on what’s usual for you. Unfortunately looks like a wait and see 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
