Hi,

When do people start taking baby aspirin when TTC?

Do you take 75mg or 150mg?

Thanks 😊

150mg is current advice, at night.

Not a doctor, just someone who needed it to keep her pregnancies (and now self!) alive, so of course speak with your GP first. If they tell you 75mg make sure they double check the dose.

I took 2 x 75mg tablets per day, but only started once I was finally pregnant. My consultant recommended it.

Ddiscombobulated · 02/05/2025 14:59

Do people take this before TTC then?

I take 75mg daily all the time . My consultant wanted me to do this as he believes it helps blood flow. But of course that doesnt mean everyone should be taking it. I was taking it when I had my last chemical but I have since been diagnosed with immune issues so I have to take prednisone from ovulation now too.

Where do you buy 75mg aspirin from? I can’t find it anywhere?

Does anyone take aspirin just because they’re older? I’m past 35 and wondering if I should take it while ttc
