Am I seeing things or is this a positive?

im due on my period in two days, ive been feeling really off and just pregnant to be honest. I could see a shadow after two mins but it’s almost impossible to see on camera. I’ve ordered a first response to do in the morning. I done this test today but stupidly I forced out a tiny amount of wee because that’s how impatient I am and this is my result..

Sorry if I’ve posted in the wrong topic I’m not sure how to actually make posts on here haha!

No, sorry OP. There’s no line with any colour to it. If anything it’s an indentation line that shows in the light. There has to be colour for a positive. I wish you all the best Flowers

2 days before my period was due, I accidentally used a fertility test instead a pregnancy test and it was positive even though I’d already already ovulated almost 3 weeks prior. Turns out they detect much, much lower levels of HCG and therefore detect pregnancy earlier than pregnancy tests. Just as long as you know you’re def not ovulating, obviously!

So for me I could see the very faint line and it did have colour but so so hard to capture on camera and then this morning I’ve done a FRER which also has a very faint line which is thin but it is slightly pink. My periods due tomorrow so am I correct in thinking this is probably a chemical pregnancy? And if so do I need to tell anyone about it or not?

It may get darker yet
as far as I’m aware a chemical is a definite bfp that gets lighter then period starts.
I had this a while back- about 10 bfps over 3 days then the line looked fainter and fainter then period started a few days later and was pretty heavy and painful. I didn’t do anything about this as if I hadn’t tested, I would have just thought it was a heavy period
good luck with tomorrows tests!

No, they don't. They don't detect HCG at all. They detect luteinising hormone. And it's normal for there to be a rise in luteinising hormone before your period as well as right before you ovulate. The only way to detect pregnancy is with a pregnancy test.

It looks like an evap to me. How did your FRER look?
