In the dreaded 2 week wait

Hello lovely ladies, wishing you all luck on your journey. Anybody else currently in the 2 week wait? It has to be the longest wait doesn't it? I am only 2 DPO and already want to test 😭. I know I will shortly start imagining symptoms now too 🙈

I actually tested LH for first time this cycle tonight. How long do you wait to read your test?
I quickly took a pic at 3 min mark it was 0.39 then forgot looked again at 20 min and it was 0.45 🤣 I know it doesn’t really matter at this stage but I guess I shouldn’t read after like 10 min?

@FlyHighSky72what dpo are you now? Will you be due on Sunday?

@mummm2i think you read it after 5 mins - that’s what I’ve been doing for two cycles anyway.

@mummm2im 8dpo today/9dpo tomorrow. Will be 12 dpo on Sunday. Period is due on the 18th

i think that sounds about right tbh, I’ll delete the higher result from my app so it doesn’t skew my chart!!

I use the Premom app to log my LH tests. Take a pic and it gives you a level

Yeah i think it says to read them between 5-10 minutes. No later than 10.

AF finally arrived CD 33 . Never been so happy for it to come haha 🙈🤣. On to a new cycle 😊

Thanks @WishUponAStar4yeah trying to stay positive! Think I’ll do an easy at home cheapie and a FRER on Sunday and if they’re negative count myself out properly (I’ll be 12dpo then and AF due on the 18th)

I wouldn't count myself out at 12dpo . Implantation can happen on 12dpo. At least give yourself 14dpo 😊

@WishUponAStar4yeah maybe - I got my only positive ever at 12dpo with my DS 10 years ago so just feel like if it’s not positive then it probs won’t be!!!

@WishUponAStar4 so glad that cycles over for you! And you can start a fresh!

@FlyHighSky72 I think I can usually tell if I’m out or not by 12/13 dpo as I usually get the cramps and light spotting. Your definitely still in with a chance 🤞🏼

@mummm2im ok now thanks. It takes a while though almost a week to feel normal again post chemical. My new tests arrived did a quick one today 100%bfn so no lines to confuse me.

Ah thats great now though you know your starting fresh and not getting confused by faint lines. Hope you're feeling a bit better

Took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. Mixed feelings here as that's what we want to be able to start again but still ghad a little pinch in my stomach.

Followed with an ovulation test and it was already showing a faint line! Is it leftover from hormones or beginning of next cycle already?

I'm driving myself mad 😆 had a few positive FRER tests yesterday, but a CB early digital (the one with the red light on the end) was negative.

Took another red dye test this morning (Ovum whih is apparently less sensitive than FRER) with FMU and I feel like there's a second line? But then took another CB early with second morning urine (as I stupidly threw the first sample away) and negative again. Argh. Could it be that the second sample was too diluted?

@DownWithCremeEggsi think all 3 of those look positive

I have always had 2 lined on LH strips and it is normal to have 2 lines. 😊
