In the dreaded 2 week wait

Hello lovely ladies, wishing you all luck on your journey. Anybody else currently in the 2 week wait? It has to be the longest wait doesn't it? I am only 2 DPO and already want to test 😭. I know I will shortly start imagining symptoms now too 🙈

My cramps have been so bad since lastnight but nothing yet. Im thinking my body might be resetting after the chemical or something because I dont feel well and the cramps are worse than what I'd get with AF

Awh god sorry to hear this. It's a difficult limbo to be in waiting for something to happen one way or another x

Just wondering if / what vitamins you both take??
i was taking pregnacare but kept forgetting towards end of cycle.. I’m pretty sure these tablets are what made me have bad nausea?! I was only taking them with my main meal.

I take what I took with my first. Just folic acid with vid D. I have haemochromotisis so I avoid anything with iron in 😊

@mummm2@WishUponAStar4 I started spotting tonight. I’m glad I wasn’t liking the limbo. Can chill out for a few days now - what a rollercoaster.

As dissapointing as it is there is a sense of relief when AF arrives. I still dont have it and really not enjoying these cramps 😫

@mummm2iv felt a bit low today. Probably because iv been in pain crampy so it takes any enjoyment out of your day, that and contemplating my life choices just knackered from all the hormones. Iv eaten crap which is what I needed.. love island 🏝️ starts later though!

Hi all, can’t remember if I’ve already posted on this thread or just been stalking you all! CD21/6 dpo today - period due on the 18th!! Trying to stay strong and not test until Sunday which would be 12 dpo - baby dust for all

Cramps have eased off a bit thankfully but no AF yet 🤷‍♀️ negative tests. Body definitely needs to reset. How are you doing ? What CD are you on ?

I stalk a few posts too. No shame in it 🤣. I think next month il be waiting untill 12dpo too. I'd hope I would anyway. Good luck in this cycle. Do keep us updated

Thanks @WishUponAStar4I tested waaaay to early last month from 9dpo - I didn’t see anything but just kept hanging on to the fact that it might be too early which just made it worse! So trying to wait until 12dpo this month. I figure that a) If I don’t see anything at 12dpo I’m almost certainly out for that month and b) I had a decent positive the only time I’ve been pregnant years ago with the DS

I always feel low as AF starting hormones and disappointment is a horrible mix! OH can’t stand love island so we’ll be binging Netflix! Cuppa tea and a chocolate digestive 😋

@WishUponAStar4 if it’s coming then I hope she comes soon for you, so you can get on with a new cycle!

I’m CD4 today so hopefully only one more day of AF.
I’m sort of hoping I ovulate few days later than my app says this cycle so AF will be due later and then I won’t have to take so many of those period delay tablets to cover the last few days of my holiday 😞

I was the same last cycle like a crazy women testing so early! And once I started I couldn’t stop 🤣 torture. Fingers crossed for you tho.. still time

Yeah me too. Iv never had bad cramps when I'm not actively bleeding before really just wish it would hurry on 🙈

@WishUponAStar4my cycle has been weird this month though - as in I’m just guessing when I ovulated because I missed my peak despite doing LH tests - I had a day where I couldn’t do one for 12 hours and I think I must have missed it! Sort of helpful though as when premom ‘caught up’ I was already a few days into the 2ww - quite helpful tbh 😂😂😂 just hoping we BD at the right time/enough

@WishUponAStar4 could your cramps be a good sign?? If they’re not the norm for you!

@FlyHighSky72good chance you missed the peak then! Was it a CD that you usually peak? Or are you not that regular?

I tested PDG last cycle which was interesting but I don’t think it was very high or as high as it should be 🤔

@mummm2this is only my second month tracking and ttc so I’m not sure! First cycle I got a clear peak CD17 which I’m pretty sure was later than usual as my whole cycle was 3-4 days longer than usual.

im going to do that next month! I wanted to do it this month but didn’t realise you have to take one to be a baseline right after your period!

I dont think so. My friend had a chemical twice and said the period after each ones were quite painful. And my tests are negative. Although my LH seems high. My body is all over the place 🤣

@FlyHighSky72 if you make it to next cycle let me know how you get on with PDG. My period is slowly ending today so planning on testing tomorrow.

I ordered some vitamins but I’m actually worried to take them as I don’t want to mess my cycles up! And the more I read about them the more negative reviews I see! In 2 minds…

@WishUponAStar4 that does look quite high, didn’t you say they LH can peak if pregnant? 🤞🏼 due tomorrow aren’t you??

Yeah but LH also rises a bit prior to period iv ready too haha. God knows what's happening with my body right now.

Well technically due on yesterday but my app corrected it to either tomorrow and another app friday after the later ovulation 🙈🤣
