BFP at around 10DPO, amazing line progression ( although I know that doesn’t really mean much) so I’m 12DPO today AF would have been due today or tomorrow (didn’t track this month so all estimates) pregnancy number 5 but baby 3 ( fingers crossed)
I feel so sick, tired and have lower slight to the left belly ache and back ache but not cramps it seems too early to feel like this?
no increase in discharge, no tender boobs which is what I would expect.
my last period was 2/04/25 so that puts me at like 3 weeks 5 days
am I over thinking?

Sometimes those symptoms are from the progesterone surge that happened when an embryo implants. They might calm down as your body becomes accustomed to it and then anywhere from 5 to 8 weeks pregnancy symptoms can start which is the morning sickness, sensitive to smells and all the things. These are all good signs for most woman.

When I had my eldest I started getting morning sickness a couple of days before my period was due - throwing up my coffee for the 3rd morning running was what made me test.

For my twins, I was throwing up my coffee from a week before my period was due and got a very strong line very quickly 3 days before it was due.

So yes, I would say symptoms before your period was even due are possible.
