No withdrawal bleed and faint positive line - HELP

'm currently on the pill (rigevidon) and not trying to get pregnant, I stupidly missed 2 pills about 3 weeks ago whilst working long hours and just forgetting. I started having pregnancy like symptoms last week: Nausea, feeling fatigued generally out of sorts and needing to wee more often. I thought I might just be a bit run down and getting ill but I still feel like it a week later, I have stopped taking the pill to see if get my withdrawal bleed but I haven't as of yet and am now getting light cramps in my stomach/pubic area which I don't usually get.
I have done a clear blue early detect test and the first showed up negative and then a faint line about half an hour later so I assumed evaporation line then I did another this morning which showed a faint line after the 3 mins but within 10 minutes.

Anyone else had anything like this with the withdrawal bleed and CB tests? Am I just testing too early or am I going mad!?

Thanks!

(The lines look actual blue in person than in the picture btw but are pretty faint)

They look like evap lines to me. Very thin. I wouldn’t trust them as positive.
