Positive & negative tests and now light spotting?

So basically over the past week or so I've had positive tests and negative tests. I am meant to use Cyclogest from day 21 to 28 (due to previous miscarriages). After having 2 consecutive days of negative tests I stopped the Cyclogest. It's been about a few days since then.
Yesterday morning I had a little spotting so assumed my periods would start. The rest of the day went by with no more bleeding. Today a little more in the morning and then nothing since...also feel some boob pain and quite a lot of nausea today..I did a pregnancy test this morning and it was positive. But it was Easy at Home and I'm not sure how reliable I find them...anyone had anything similar happen? Also for about over a week I have been having intense headaches.

What days in the cycle did they advise you to use the Cyclogest? Mine is day 21 to 28 each cycle.

Unfortunately I had a chemical pregnancy. I had intense migraines prior to the bleeding starting. First couple of days a little spotting then the bleeding began. Although it was lighter than a period. A lot of long big clots. Bleeding stopped on Monday but now I seem to be experiencing bad stomach pain lower left side..also seem to have pain right arm and armpit. I don't know what's going on but the early pregnancy unit advised me to get GP to do blood test to check my HCG levels.

Sorry to hear that :( Hope you're ok. When are you going to get blood test?

The doctor advised to do ovulation sticks and then start taking it 5DPO. Take it for 12 days and then test and stop if it's neg.

Hopefully will try and get the blood test done tomorrow if I can because I'm due to fly out on holiday on Thursday...better to get this checked out and resolved before that.
The stomach actually feels like when you're periods start and the pain is really bad...not sure whats going on there...hopefully everything passed and nothing is still left inside.
