Early pregnancy symptoms TTC

Heya!

Im probably 7/8dpo. I know it is very early and wouldn't be 'pregnant' yet probably.

But I have had constipation for about 5/6 days (not normal for me) and a headache when I bend for 2 days. I haven't got a cold/blocked nose so don't think it's my sinuses. I have also started with tender breasts - sometimes I get them a week before my period, but my period is due in a few days so a bit late for me!

Anyone else had similar and been pregnant?

Doesn’t sound pregnancy related to me. They’re not typical post conception symptoms and the onset of constipation is too soon

Honestly, I was TTC for 4 years and went deep down the symptom spotting rabbit hole at one point - every month where I had so many 'symptoms' and convinced myself I had to be pregnant, I wasn't.
The 2 times I have actually been pregnant, I'd already written the month off as felt no different to any other normal month.

For hcg to be high enough to cause any symptoms, it would be high enough to show on a test.

Totally agree with this one! The month I fell pregnant and it stuck. Was the exact month that I just felt like my period was coming and nothing was out of the ordinary. There have been sooo many other months where for some reason my hormones have been worse, or something is out of whack with them. Where I’ve had so many more ‘pregnancy type’ symptoms. And was never pregnant any of those times! It’s pretty much impossible to tell until the test shows it I think.

The two times I conceived the only odd symptoms were implantation pain (sharp and strong pain in uterus) and very sore nipples few days after that. The hcg is so low it’s unlikely to cause a lot of symptoms this early.
