Period not started, not sure what to do

Hi everyone, I just wanted some advice, I took a pregnancy test at 13dpo and at 15 dpo and got BFN, I am currently 21 dpo with no period coming, and I don’t know what to do, or when I should test again to make sure it’s not pregnancy, i don’t really know if I’m having symptoms or not, only thing that I realise I’m having is discomfort when I’m having sex ie when my partner touches my cervix and I got milky white discharge and I’m not sure about my cervix as I can’t really tell if it hard or soft and open or closed.
what should I do, should I wait another couple of weeks see if it just a missed/ late period and if no period come, pregnancy test would definitely show if I’m pregnant or not.
i have been doing research and it say that it takes max of 12 day for implantation and it can take max 12 days for hcg to start to rise.

Testing 21 days after you last had unprotected sex should give you a definitive answer - that’s enough time for pregnancy to show up on an hcg urine test even if you ovulated later than expected this cycle.

That happened twice for me, was just an unusually long cycle both times.

Ok thank u, I usually ovulate 3 weeks after period sometimes 2 weeks but normally it’s 3 weeks and ok should I test with first wee of the day?

Did you track ovulation this month?

I didn’t do ovulation test if that’s what u mean, but from around 11 Feb, my cervix was high and soft and open, and I was really wet and around 5 days later I had slight on and off pain for few hours and after the next day I felt little pain in womb but and my cervix feels high and soft but I’m not 100% on cervix as it can be very confusing on how it feels and I don’t know if this is all in my head
