Husband was diagnosed with a variocele a few months ago. Only occasional pain. Seen privately by urology who have said shouldn’t impact on fertility though I’m unsure how they can know this without semen analysis. I’m driving myself crazy worrying about it.
Lots of stuff on google says it can cause infertility and it’s one of the most common causes of male secondary infertility (we’ve had previous children).
