8dpo- EXCRUTIATING nipple pain

OMG!!! For the past 2 days (since 6dpo) my nipples are SO painful and stingy. I have no idea if this is a good sign or not but this has never happened to me. My boobs aren't sore just my nipples. They're also very swollen and bigger than normal. I'm typing this in so much pain right now!!! Does anyone know is this could be an early pregnancy symptom? I don't have any other symptoms though unfortunately.

It was one of the major factors in me testing at 10DPO.

My nipples were on fire to the point where I had to face away from the shower. Paired with cramping..good luck!

I absolutely did! Currently 16 weeks pregnant! :)

Aw congratulations!! Hopefully that’s what this is, but I don’t have any other symptoms so I’m not holding out too much hope

It was slightly after and I knew I was pregnant so about 3 weeks but I went to M&S and I cried as the freezer bit made my nipples hard and it hurt so much.

Thank you! The extremely sore nipples was the biggest tell tale sign for me. The cramps were mild but they were non stop from 1DPO to 10DPO.
