Unusual ovulation problems has anyone had similar ??

[Ovulationproblems]

Regular 28 day cycle
EWCM cycle days 10 -13/14
positive ovulation tests on cycle day 12
AWFUL pain on day 13/14 both sides
progesterone bloods on day 21 indicate ovulation occurred

I was told for 2.5 years due to the above that all was fine. Every other test perfect.

BUT I started to pay for regular private scans as knew something wasn’t right. For some reason I either have a dominant follicle that just doesn’t rupture or some months my ovaries have a pcos appearance so I don’t ovulate (but all the tests always indicate ovulation ??)

Ive tried x2 clomid cycles and x3 Letrozole and they didn’t work. No response to some and on 2 cycles with Letrozole just multiple small follicles but as usual all the tests were positive for ovulation but I didn’t in fact ovulate. So now it’s nearly 4 years of ttc and nobody can give me any answers has anyone been through similar?

Why haven't they tried you on Personal injections?

I started on clomid, didn't work ,got pregnant on pergonal, had miscarriage of twins, 6 months later single miscarriage and then. -

DD1 Pergonal
DS1 Clomid
DS2 Clomid
DD2 naturally
DD3 naturally

So I had the last two children without any fertility treatment.

From start of infertility investigations to first child born was 9 years.

I've got PCOS. What tests did you use to track ovulation.

I was told by a specialist those tests don't work with PCOS give false positives.

I've got two kids all conceived naturally and my PCOS was bad on both sides of my ovaries.

We tried for a year no luck..stopped trying and relaxed got pregnant in 6 months. Maybe try not trying as you might be too stressed.

I’ve just been told that IVF would be the next step not any injections but i will
ask my dr at next appt about it

I used the cheap strip tests and then I used the CB digital advanced ones as the strip
ones were totally confusing me ! Plus I had day 21 progesterone tests and it all looked fine it’s only when I’ve added in scans to check that actually I think the other tests were misleading me making me think I was ovulating

I think stress is a massive part of it but I don’t know how to eliminate stress
