Well, I am already 3DPO, and only CD18. Doesn't seem right. Although I had a couple of cycles last year with ov on CD16, I am far more use to CD20ish. Anyone know why we get these changes? My LP is steady at 11-12, just a wandering ov.

fym - I wouldn't mind a copy of the hypnosis mp3. These days I will try anything.

Lottie thanks for replying. I wondered about changes to O date from month to month.
As I said at the beginning of this month I put all tools away and just had fun, relaxed sex from end of period.

Well on cd10 I started to get an increasing amount of ewcm and some cramping, just like when I'm about to O.
I grabbed my digi opk and no surprises I got just the circle.

Cd11 passed the same, just more ewcm and cramps more focussed. Cervix was high, slightly squishy.

Then yesterday cd12, at 3pm, I got the smiley face on the digi opk!

Had rather sharp pains in ovaries and checked cp, HSO. At 10pm I took another opk test which was negative again.

I wondered if it was likely that I was O'ing given that I'm only cd12 and never O this early...ever.

This morning my temp is 98.07 which looking at my last 2 cycles is a post-O temp.

What do you think? Has the relaxing done it earlier?
Will the sex we had Wed & Sat cover it?

I never would've started testing, but something seemed out of place iykwim.

So glad the sex might have covered it. Bloody good job we were just shagging regardless!

Well 12 days to go. I've put the thermometer away again and I'm leaving it there. It's for the best I think.

I can check my cervical position/mucous but other than that I'll wait until a week Friday see whether my period comes.

Thanks Lottie

Good luck Squack! Great that you managed to catch it early! And a good lesson in how valuable it is to GOF all the time!

Nothing very interesting with my chart yet...

uh-oh the digi opk has given me the smiley face again today, same time as yesterday.
I got a negative late last night so maybe I haven't O'd at all.

I also had 2 glasses of wine last night (only just remembered) which could be why my temp is up this morning.

feck it!

If I'm pg, I'm pg. If not then I'm sure my period will come.....eventually

Lottie are you using the CB digi OPK this month?

The 'replacement' sticks have worked for me this month, I was wondering if they will for you. When do you usually O?

Hi all.....
just a quickie - FF is on a quick shortcut on my desktop and I always go straight in without having to log in but on Sat pm it wouldn't let me in without logging in and now won't recognise my log in details....I can't get a password reminder sent either - it's so frustrating !! Not sure why this has happened - anyone else experience this??

NappyValley · 26/05/2008 09:56

Squak just keep bding anyway you never know, but it did sound a lot like you were OVing early. OR it could be that you have OV'd twice this month. Remember the OPK testers are a guide and are not definitive your temp is your best guideline, even if it can only tell you when the game is up! Fingers crossed for you 2ww.

herb yes the "chat" was more about seeing consultant again at end of june and if we were not going to really try for the last 2 months I am kind of p**d off that we just didn't decided to go ahead with IUI or IVF last visit. I can only stay on drugs for a limited time and it just feel we are wasting it. Still not point pressurising them it just makes it worse. our DS is also a very lively one at 2.5yrs.

minxi enjoy your break. I really must look into that acupuncture malarkey and send both of us!!

I know! I feel sorry for this little thread Don't know where everyone's gone!

I had my second root canal appointment yesterday and so last night I was up half the night in horrible pain So not sure how reliable my temp is this morning - actually, I don't really remember what my temp was this morning - could've been 36.02 or 36.20 and I woke up half an hour earlier than normal. Either way, I don't think I ovulated yesterday - not really set to until tomorrow anyway. The EWCM I thought I had the other day was probably leftover semen, which means that I have nothing at all! Ordered some preseed, so I should have that tomorrow - just hoping it's not too late, don't want to be out again this month just due to lack of EWCM when everything is timed perfectly.

Hey, don't let this thread die, can I join you please?

I'm on CD1 after 3 months ttc no 2. I've sort of been temping but only halfheartedly - my thermometer has a nasty habit of beeping like an alarm clock when it's registering a temp which wouldn't impress dp so I tend to do it in the evenings when I've been sitting down for an hour or two in front of the computer/telly (anyone else do this - is it a waste of time? Also can anyone recommend a thermometer that doesn't beep??).

I also need to talk to people about it - find it really difficult talking to friends about ttc It's driving me nuts!

lastboxoftampons · 29/05/2008 10:30

Welcome Missmodular! You might only be talking to me here!

I'm afraid it is pretty much useless to temp at night. The only way to detect temp fluctuations due to hormonal changes in your body is to do take your temperature before you've done anything at all - ie talk, eat, move around, etc. Mine thermometer beeps as well, but not loud enough to wake DH up - or maybe he's just a heavy sleeper???

Yarnie · 29/05/2008 10:40

Hello

Can I join you too? I've been posting elsewhere, but I'm sat in front of a computer all day, so thought I might as well spread myself around!

I am ttc no. 1. I have been charting bbt since about half way through my last cycle. This is our first cycle where we're actually trying to hit the fertile days. Currently on CD7. My cycle's usually around 26/27 days.
