Positive 6DPO but negative 7DPO

Good morning, currently 5am. I've been awake most of the night, sickness bug for the past 2 days.

With me feeling ill I took a test yesterday, working out it would have only been 6DPO, I have a picture and there is certainly a line..but this morning's test is totally clear.

Am I driving myself crazy 😭
I am 36, 37 in April. We've been trying for 8 months, I lost my daughter 9 years ago at the age of 18 months, never thought I would want another babe, but I am certainly in the place to grow our family. I have contacted my GP I have blood tests on Monday, with having other children she has said I may not get any help. But to know if it's possible and we aren't trying for no reason is all I need right now I feel

Kindly, implantation doesn't happen until at least 6 days and then HCG has to rise so I really think it's too early to test

This must be really painful to have seen a line and now not. I’m sorry. But to repeat the above, 6 and 7dpo are incredibly early. I didn’t get even the faintest line until 13dpo. It might be worth testing later if your period doesn’t show up.
