8dp5dt BFP but line getting fainter

I am 8dp5dt. I initially checked on 6dpt5dt surprisingly positive test. I then began spotting yesterday and my clinic advised to
increase my cyclogest oessaries which I have. The bleeding has stopped. But my PT seem to be getting lighter. Would you agree or am I going crazy!

Pregnancy test lines are not an accurate way of tracking. Can you go for a private scan or get one at EPAU?

I called yesterday they said it’s too early to detect anything on a scan :(. I just feel so deflated. It’s been such a long journey but now I feel ike
maybe it’s just a chemical pregnancy.

I guess I’m just looking for reassurances. I don’t know :(

If anything, they look darker to me. Also, you need to be checking these tests in the same room/lighting. Don't drive yourself crazy. If you feel you need to test, only test every 2 days as that's how long it takes for your HCG to double!

Don't take a darker line as proof for a successful pregnancy. The hormone can stay in your system even are the worst had happened. Only a scan will ease your mind. I would absolutely go get a private scan for peace of mind. Fingers crossed for you

Thank you. I try to talk myself out of it but then end up taking a test again. It’s so difficult not knowing. My clinic have advised not testing until 12dpt but it’s so hard not to do this

Hi, the first tests were 10 and the 3rd one was 25 so don’t worry. Take another one of the OG ones, I get it’s darker xx

you’ve given me hope. How do you know the last one is a 25? Probably is it’s the one the clinic gave me.

I’ve googled it and get the same answer every time haha! The cross one is just a regular pregnancy test so it’s 25.

deffo do another early one so you can compare, I bet it’s darker😘

Thank you so much. That’s reassuring. I need to make my way out to get an early test. Although, my cramping and symptoms have stopped. Could all be in my head.

I did end up googling it too. It makes sense. I just used that one as it was in my pack from the hospital.

It’s looking good this morning. I wanted to wait until I’ve got my first urine of the day. I feel so overwhelmed. Xx
