Can you become resistant to Letrozole ? On 2.5 mg I’m getting less and less of an effect each cycle? Cycle 1 and 2 just one dominant follicle , cycle 3 no dominant follicle just my usual looking pcos ovaries ? Do I need a higher dose ? My dr said try another cycle at 2.5 but I think I need 5mg dose ?
