Not sure whats happening TW blood

i stopped my contraceptive pill about a week ago.. Yesterday i had very heavy bleeding and horrendous cramps

i have woken up today to now hardly any blood but it is brown ? I will post a picture below

I am not sure what is happening? I havent had a period ( only breakthrough bleeds) for 10 years

Brown is old blood, so probably just some left over from your prior bleed.
I'd expect some irregular bleeds after coming off the pill especially if you've been on it non stop for quite some time until your body is used to you natural hormones cycles
