FET late Jan/Feb 2025?

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is in the right place, but I'm hoping it gets tagged to the infertility threads. Is anyone expecting a FET at the end of this month or in February and would like to be transfer buddies?

A bit about me: I'm 35(f), my partner is 31(m), we have moderate mfi and have been ttc for 2 years. We had an ivf with icsi round in November 2024, but our embryos were frozen due to a risk of ohss.

I am expecting my period in a few days, and I'll be preparing for a modified natural FET, likely to have a transfer date in early Feb :) this will be my first transfer, so I'm feeling both excited and nervous!

@spamOFtheDAY how are you feeling? Is your stomach still sore from transfer? Mine still is!

hi girls thought I would jump on I had ivf at the end of November 2021 fresh egg transferred which resulted in my little boy we only had two eggs so we had one left we had a frozen transfer on 31st Jan 🤞🏻 wishing everyone the best of luck

Welcome @suziegxx ! Congratulations on your little boy. How are you feeling about your transfer? Are you close to your OTD?

@Waitingformystork thank you so much yes my test date is on Thursday 🤞🏻🤞🏻 we’ve had a rough couple of years catching naturally full term still birth followed with a miscarriage so praying this is our time transfer was all okay just don’t remember it being that uncomfortable the first time round lol how are you getting on? X

I'm so sorry for your losses, that's such a hard thing to have to go through. I hope this transfer is your rainbow baby :)
My test day is Monday, but I think I'll test on Sunday. At the moment I'm scared to test, so I don't think I'll be doing it any earlier. Overall I feel OK, my stomach is finally no longer sore, but I don't have any other symptoms other than tiredness, which I guess is from the progesterone pessaries.

@Waitingformystork thank you lovely means a lot! I’m absolutely terrified to test, I hope you get the result your wishing for 🤞🏻 I can relate to the tirerdness I’ve been wiped out the last week! Hopefully we’re both coming back to give good news xx

hi, interested to see how you got on @Waitingformystork @suziegxx ? I’m 5dp6dt, no symptoms at all, just so so tired

I did my test this morning, and it was positive. I can't quite believe it! I don't think any of the symptoms I have are pregnancy related, I think they are because of the pessaries. I did have a metallic taste in my mouth yesterday morning though, which did make me feel more positive about testing today. But it could have been a coincidence!

Amazing news! Gives me hope. Although I have no taste symptoms, or sore stomach, but I know everyone is different. Just wish I felt something.

Thank you :) I'm 10dp5dt, so the metallic taste I had on 9dpt. My other symptoms I had since the transfer day, which is why I'm certain they were from the pessaries as that would be way too early to get any pregnancy symptoms. Good luck, I have my fingers crossed for you!

Morning @Obrm i got a positive too I rang them on Friday to let them know I didn’t have any symptoms apart from being extremely tired 🤞🏻 fingers crossed for you xx

Such lovely success stories. Thank you both for the hope. I really hope I can update this thread with good news too, although I’m starting to get some cramps similar to when my period is due. We shall see.

@suziegxx congratulations! That's lovely news. I hope everything works out for you. I'm guessing your due date is about the 20th Oct? Mine is the 25th Oct, all being well.

@Obrm I have had cramps constantly and they've gotten worse since 9dpt, which made me worry also as they feel so much like period cramps. But apparently it's also a side effect of the pessaries and early pregnancy. Although it's not very reassuring to have them!

Mine is booked for the 5th March! I'm finding this part more anxious than the tww tbh

my test day is Friday, which will be 10dp6dt.
however two days before my transfer I had to inject Gonsai 5000 (which I think is a trigger) as they felt that my Oestrogen could be a bit higher…. I’m now concerned that it won’t actually have left my body by Friday?

So tempted to test tomorrow, but I know that’s just stupid.
dont feel anything again this evening, just tired. Argh hate this waiting!

@Obrm with my first IVF with my little boy I got a positive at 5dpt so it’s not stupid I just couldn’t bring myself to do it so early this time round because I was super scared of the result xx
@Waitingformystork im with you with that just want to know everything is okay! 😩 so sad that I can’t bring myself to get excited anymore I just have utter fear xx

I think a trigger leaves the system in 10-14 days, so it should be out of your system by Friday

I emailed my clinic and they said that the Gonsai takes one week to be out of my system…so I caved and tested just now with a FRER I’m 7dp6dt. It is a really really faint line, im worried im getting my hopes up….and it might be reminisce of the trigger or a chemical (as this happened last time).
be great to get your thoughts. Was your darker @suziegxx when you were in early days of success with your first?

Omg this is definitely not faint girl! Don’t forget hcg takes 2/3 days to double I definitely don’t think you’ve got anything to worry about that line looks fab gentle congratulations xx

Im going to wait until test day now on Friday. How are you feeling?

This was my line with my first ivf at 6dpt so please don’t worry yourself too much lovely.. I’m okay emotions are all over the show at the minute and morning sickness has well and truly kicked in but I’m taking it all as positive signs xx

sorry to hear you are feeling nauseous @suziegxx , but yes positives signs! Hope your 6 weeks scan goes well. Thank you for sending your tests across, that is so helpful and eased some of my anxiety. Friday can’t come quick enough!

Hey everyone. Jumping back on thread, on cycle day 3 of my 6th FET. Estimate it will fall on 10th March. Anyone is similar situation?
