Terribly painful breasts - could this be a sign?

I’m due in 5 days and all pregnancy tests showing negative even the early response ones

BUT I’m in absolute agony with painful breasts

i can’t even sleep because of the pain

Has anyone has this as a symptom?

AF turned up well and truly today 😢
didn’t help that I was in a car crash yesterday so now wondering if that played any part but logically I know I wasn’t pregnant this month from the negative tests

I wouldn't have thought the crash would have made any difference. Hope you and everyone else is OK

Go easy on yourself you've just had a roller-coaster few days. Thinking you are pregnant then the unsure bit then period.
I stopped testing early for the same reason. It just becomes a roller coaster emotions.
