Thin endometrial lining and small calcified area after D&C

Hi All,
Looking for some help/advice/support/hope!!
I had a miscarriage in July 24, had a D&C in August and a second in September to remove RPOC. Since then periods have been fairly regular and not particularly light.
However, we had two chemical pregnancies at the end of last year so went for a private ultrasound to see if everything looked normal. I was 7dpo and my lining was 6.7mm thick and not trilaminar which they said was normal after ovulation.
They also noted a small hyperechoic area (they said looks calcified).
I'm paranoid that I've got chronic endometrisis but am struggling to understand what the route to getting that diagnosed is?
Can anyone recommend any doctors etc in the Midlands area?
We have booked into the implantation clinic in April but keen to see if there's anything we can do before that.
Any help much appreciated!
