Morning after pill when ovulation day is today?

Sorry if this is the wrong area to post this - I’m quickly posting before drop off.

DTD last night, just checked natural cycles app to add temp and it said yesterday was PEAK fertility and today high fertility (forgot to add temp yesterday stupidly so didn’t check). Ovulation day today apparently.

Don’t want to try for another baby until end of year so am panicking.

Tried to order the morning after pill but it says as my period is under 14 days away (13 days) it probably won’t work as it doesn’t work if you have already ovulated.

Should I still order it to try? If it does result in pregnancy I wouldn’t want any negative implications of taking the MAP.

You can get the copper coil fitted if it's too late for the MAP.

It will prevent implantation.

I took MAP day before ovulation was due and within 12 hours of DTD, I had obvs ovulated early as I still got caught. All the MAP does is delay ovulation for a few days, if you have already ovulated it will have no impact, if you haven’t it will - so worth a try taking it. I would advise going to a chemist and just ordering over the counter, they can do a quick consultation with you there and then so give it you sooner.
