Low HCG 18DPO / 13DP5DT

I have recently had a frozen embryo transfer through IVF and have come to the end of my TWW. Yesterday was 13dp5dt.

It was a tense second week as I tested positive from 6dp5dt (13DPO) a vvvfl and was initially all looking good but then lines progressed but very slowly. I was convinced it was a third chemical but lines continued to get darker. Albeit slowly. My clinic OTD was yesterday at 13dp5dt (18DPO). Tests were positive (attached).

I had a private blood test yesterday and results have come back as 157iu/l.

Everything I've read signifies this is vey low and implies that I should keep protecting my heart... a couple of clinical studies I have read and one particular shared by the remembryo guy shared my odds of live birth are 4 - 28%.

Is there anyone who's had bloods who'd be happy to share their results with me please? I guess I'm looking for some hope. My clinic has scheduled me for bloods with them tomorrow too so should be able to get the rise and assess better when these come back.

After 3 ECs and 5 transfers I was so hopeful it might be time but it's looking less and less likely.

Hey how did this turn out? I’m in a really similar situation xx

I'm sorry to say that this wasn't successful.

I have been on a few other threads that have detailed journey in detail. But to summarise I made it to 5w5d with positive signs and then had a miscarriage.

HCG was doubling

1st beta 13dp5dt - 157
2nd beta 15dp5dt - 567
3rd beta 19dp5dt - 2699

Had some cramping and light bleeding on Wednesday, concerned miscarriage.

Had a 4th beta 9jan 22dp5dt - 6411 circa 9am. Clinic were happy but I was nervous. I believed HCG needed to be around 8097, (5398 would have been only been double and it had been 3 days)

I then went to A&E with heavy clots and bleeding on Friday 10 Jan HCG tested at 6/7 came back as 6407. Combined with symptoms signified drop and miscarriage.

Scan at EPU on Thursday 16th confirmed miscarriage:

I've read stories where it had been positive for people, but unfortunately this wasn't for me. Good luck.
