I had an electronic Clearblue machine I was using for over 6 months and nothing happened in that time so just looking for something more cost effective this time around

I used the easy @ home ones when ttc for my daughter, started using them again recently to track cycles and have never had any issues with them!

I second easy at home it's all I've ever used and they're very accurate.

I really rate the wondfo ones. They are cheap and you get a lot of them on Amazon. For me they show a clear rise and peak.

I’m curious about this too. I see lots of people testing twice a day and I would like to know if this is necessary and what time of day it should be done at? Also if it’s possible to only test once, what time of day?

When the lh strips start to rise it's recommended to test twice a day incase you miss the surge which can be really quick for some people.

These ones are cheap as chips and have been very reliable for me: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141571035406 .

Yes definitely test twice a day as the peak can happen really quickly sometimes! I’ve been negative in the AM and blazing positive in the PM before x

Edit to add: I usually do first thing in the morning and when I get in from work about 6pm after a good hold x

I used a reusable, saliva OPK for many years. I ovulate, but never saw a peak on urine OPK's, plus the cost was ridiculous. The re-usable one looks like tiny microscope and you can buy them online. My brand is called 'maybe baby' but there are others. I bought mine abroad in a pharmacy, but it seemed none of my British friends had ever heard of it!
