I think I may be out… again, but all the symptoms!

Month 5 TTC (already have a 9 year old from a previous relationship).

I haven’t tracked OPKs but my fertile week was predicted on Flo as 8th - 15th December, I had EWCM from 11th - 15th December and then it went creamy on 16th so not entirely sure when I ovulated.

On 20th I had a pinstripe amount of red blood in my CM. I then had two teeny tiny spots of red blood yesterday, 23rd December. I have tested this morning and it’s completed negative.

My boobs are quite sore the last few days.

My AF due in 3 days according to Flo, which is usually pretty accurate, so I reckon I’m out??

You're only 9dpo (probably) so that is still really early to be getting a positive test. Otherwise it sounds textbook implantation bleeding and some symptoms so I'd say you have a good chance! How sensitive is the test you used? If you possibly can, I'd wait to test again for a couple of days.

Do you reckon I’m only 9dpo due to 15th being the last day of EWCM? I wasn’t really sure if there was a way to work it out.

We DTD every day apart from 13th (we have a naturally high sex drive thankfully haha).

I just used the Boots pink dye tests, I don’t think they’re specifically advertised as ‘early’ tests though it does say you can use them from days prior to AF so I’d assume they’re quite sensitive, hence feeling like I’m probably out.

It's not an exact science without testing but your CM is supposed to change when you've ovulated, so it is a reasonable guess.

Even sensitive tests that say they can detect early are only something like 69% accurate from whatever early date and still 99% accurate only from the day of or day after your period was supposed to come. Fingers crossed for you!

Hmm perhaps then! My period is due on 27th though so god knows :(

I had EWCM 15th,16,17th(Tuesday) and it stopped by the Wednesday when I got a positive ovulation test in the morning so you might not be as far as you think. You might of peaked on the 16th ovulated 17th

I used my last test today, a Boots early one, not sure what the miu is, but I think I either had an extremely faint positive or an unfortunate evap!

Did it come up within the time on the instructions? You could post a pic if you want us to have a look!

It was just outside of, so I did another this afternoon, and it’s definitely a faint positive 🥰
