This is my 1st round of letrozole followed by FSH injections as I didn't respond to letrozole. I started overstimulating so Dr didn't give me the trigger shot and said I'd ovulate naturally as I had good sized follicles. I promised myself I wasn't going to get my hopes high this month but I started spotting at 6 dpo and stopped at 9dpo. I got excited thinking it might be implantation and tested this morning at 10dpo, BFN :(. I have lower back pain, waves of nausea, fatigue and I have a cold! I thought these were all positive symptoms and I'm feeling so deflated about my BFN. I'm currently taking progesterone to help regulate my cycles, but I started taking progesterone after 6dpo, so I want to say these aren't related to what I'm taking. Has anyone been through a similar situation? :(
