Superdrug at-home progesterone test

I bought the at home Superdrug progesterone test but I’m a bit unsure when the best day to take it is. The instructions say 7 days before your period is due, but everything else I can find online about them refers to 21-day testing or 7dpo so I’m not sure if the “7days pre period” is assuming a standard 28-day cycle?

I have very regular 26 day cycles, ovulate on day 14 so if I took the test 7 days before my period that would only be 5dpo so worry the result Wouldn’t be accurate?

You should take a progesterone test 7 days after you've ovulated to confirm ovulation x

Hi @PinkHotelPlease 21 day testing is for blood tests via GP.

For the at home ones, follow the instructions :)
